Refunds are processed by our payment provider, Paddle. You can request a refund by visiting paddle.net or by contacting our support team at Dakotawarnergordon@gmail.com.
Once approved, your refund will be returned to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or card issuer. If you received a refund, access to the paid workspace features may be suspended or downgraded.
Individual accounts that join an existing workspace using an invite code are free and do not require payment. No refund applies to free accounts.
